You might be thinking: I can’t do that much, I don’t have talents, I’m worried what others will think, I’m too old, I don't know enough about the issues, I can’t drive, etc., etc.

Well – there is plenty for everyone to do to help build a respect for human life culture! We have listed some action items below. Think hard and you may come up with other ideas.  

  • Attend LI Coalition for Life events
  • Always carry pro-life literature with you
  • Defend and accommodate the disabled
  • Pray regularly for pro-life concerns
  • Peaceful witnessing/prayer at abortion sites (select Life News button and check latest issue)
  • Volunteer with the Long Island Coalition for Life or another pro-life organization
  • Host a fundraiser for the LICL, e.g. garage sale, car wash 
  • Participate in the annual “March for Life”
  • Wear the Precious Feet pin
  • Send pro-life Christmas cards
  • Participate in the annual “March for Life”
  • Use a pro-life bumper sticker/car magnet
